Hi all,
Sorry for the short hiatus in posting and commenting but I have good reasons. I have been enjoying the best weekend of my life!
For those of you that aren’t on Facebook or in my phonebook, you won’t know that I got engaged on Thursday night! Hurrah. Everything was perfect and I have been on cloud nine ever since. I won’t be posting any more details or pictures of the ring (because I know you’ll ask!) Â as I haven’t seen/talked to all my family as yet. But suffice it to say, everything is wonderful.
Secondly…this isn’t going to mean much to many of you but I got the chance to meet BuckCherry last night! I know Mary’s accused me of being a groupie, and I think she’s right. We saw them in London on Thursday and in Nottingham again last night. Here’s a couple of snaps. Sorry for the quality as they were taken on my phone and there wasn’t any time for striking a pose.

That’s wonderful Helen! I can’t think of another woman who could say she got engaged and entertained a member of her favorite band with her assets in the same weekend. 😉 You go, lady! Many warm wishes and congratulations on your engagement. While I am sure everyone else is curious about the ring, I want to know what polish you are going to wear for the event!
