So if you remember, quite some time ago, I showed you MUA’s Shade 13. Which was fine. Not overly impressive, but all well and good. Now, today I have a bit of a revelation for you in the form of MUA’s Shade 14. My husband always says that anything with a higher number is better than the ones before, so perhaps 
Shade 14 is “one better” than Shade 13.
Anyway. What you see here is ONE COAT, folks. Seriously, this must have been the easiest and quickest manicure ever. One coat? That’s unheard of, especially with a red shimmer. I
kid you not, I must have at least ten OPI red shimmers in my collection, none of which I wear as they all give me visible nail line and a general headache when I come to apply them. So it’s no great surprise that this was a bit of a revelation. One coat? Superdrug, I could kiss you.
And as if the one-coat-wonderness wasn’t exciting enough, this polish set me back a whole £1.00. Yep. A quid. OK, so it’s a little bottle, but you’re not really going to use all that much of it.
I genuinely love this. It glows and sparkles and does all the things I want a red shimmer to do. Seriously, I paid £14 or so for a Nars polish that looks exactly 
the same. I could have had 14 of these for the same price. And the wear was just as good (or bad) as a Nars polish. A couple of days but no real chipping or flaking. I think I might have found my holy grail red polish. At Superdrug. For £1.00. Who knew?

Well discovered. I will definitely be crossing over to the dark side (from Boots to Superdrug) to pick up a bottle of this!
Wow! I think I just have to pick this up the next time I am at Superdrug! Even though I told my self that I don’t need more nail polish, but for a quid and such great Colour and quality? The bus fare to town is already more than a quid!
And 1 coat for that greatness? I love it! As whatever the polish I would usually wear 2 coats and couldn’t be bothered with more, as anything would chip within a day or 2 from all the house work and washing that I have to do.
I buy all my Barry M and Gosh nail polish from superdrug and keep looking at he MUA polishes I think I might have to try some, the red is lovely I love the shimmer.
You know my feelings on cheaper polishes, so as nice as this looks, I really don’t think I could use one that only cost one pound! I just can’t get my head around it being so cheap! Great for someone on a budget though, or as stocking fillers.
Love a nice red shimmer. Very pretty & it’s cheap.
