Alrighty folks, I’m dishing up something new today. Well, it’s new to me as I’ve never tried these products before.
I Love… is a range of potently scented bath and body products usually found on the shelves of Superdrug and also in Primark. Cruelty-free, skin-friendly and with no parabens, I Love… offers fruity and delicious fragrances to liven up any bathroom shelf and best of all, everything is very budget-friendly with prices averaging £2.99 a bottle. It’s practically free!
I have noticed I Love… because the packaging and labelling is eye-catching, I just haven’t given the range much thought until I was sent two new bath and shower cremes to try: Cherry Almond Sparkle* and Pink Marshmallows*.
Cherry Almond Sparkle is new from I Love….’s Christmas range and it is exclusive to Superdrug. It comes in a huge 500ml bottle for £2.99 and smells like cherry Bakewell cakes. It can be used as a bubble bath or in the shower and since there is so much of it, it’s bound to last ages.
Pink Marshmallows is stupidly sweet, maybe even sickly so probably not a great idea to inhale it in its undiluted form as I keep doing. The scent reminds me of raspberry yoghurt rather than marshmallows, in fact I don’t think this smells like marshmallows at all. It is very candy-like from the pink colouring to the actual fragrance, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but I do think it will divide opinions. You’re either going to love this or absolutely loathe it. Pink Marshmallows also comes in a 500ml bottle for £2.99 and is available from Boots stores nationwide and online at Boots.com.
I didn’t think I would like these from I Love… but I have been pleasantly surprised and now I’m intrigued to try their other scented products. I Love… also has a wide range of gift ideas from stocking fillers to box sets which might be worth checking out.
