Nails Inc Whitehall - Just Nice Things

Nails Inc Whitehall

Read Time:1 Minute, 52 Second

Have you had enough of magnetic nail polish as yet? I know it has been everywhere, but for some reason, I don’t feel as peeved with it as I did with crackle polish. Maybe because it doesn’t make my nails look like they are falling apart. Hmmm.

So, a little while ago, you saw Boots No 17  and FashionistA‘s versions of the latest magnetic polishes. Sheenie also went to the original launch of Nails Inc’s magnetic varnishes, which you can read about here. Such has the success of these shades been, Nails Inc have now released a couple of new shades to the range, and I have one of them, Whitehall, to show you today. (the other is a silver, called Trafalgar Square).

I’ve had an up and down relationship with Nails Inc over the years. I do find them overpriced and devalued by the fact that you can get one free with practically any purchase in a supermarket these days. I can’t decide whether the brand are positioning themselves as premium or high street. Anyway, having said all of that, Whitehall is actually very nice.

Like all magnetic polishes, Whitehall is gorgeously thick and glossy and covers in one coat. Although I might not always mess about with the magnet,  I can rely on these for a speedy manicure if I’m in a rush.

Whitehall is a glossy teal green shade. I don’t often wear greens but this has enough blue in it to keep me interested. I like it. Also, the magnet is really super strong. I’m not sure if all of the magnets across the different brands are the same or what, but the Nails Inc one performed best out of the three I have tried so far. No issues at all, and it created dark patterns straight away with no mess and no fuss. It’s kind of hard to explain the magnetised effect to those who haven’t seen it – it looks very three dimensional and almost as though your nails are rippling.

Nails Inc magnetic polishes cost £13.00 each and for every bottle of either Whitehall or Trafalgar Square sold, Nails Inc are donating £1.00 to The Princes Trust. To find out more, click here.

I’m not over this trend yet! I think that magnetic nail polish helps create easy nail art for those that aren’t that talented 🙂
    I like this on you!

I haven’t seen enough magnetic polish to be sick of it yet. I bought the purple one. Forget the name. At least I can get a few colors from this brand. Thanks to Sephora.
