Misa Toxic Seduction

It has taken me a shamefully long time to review this polish, which I received in a swap from my good friend Kelly over at Vampy Varnish. I never really see Misa for sale anywhere in the UK apart from on eBay and this was one cult classic I was really keen to get my hands on.

I really love the name of this. Toxic Seduction. It just sounds like it should be from a True Blood collection or something similar. And it does look toxic… in a good way, if something looking toxic can be good. Oh, you know what I mean!

This is two coats and it applied absolutely perfectly. Initially, I didn’t know what all the fuss was about as in first daylight, it just looked like an average forest green shimmer. Yet as the day went on and th light changed, I started to see what os many of the other green fiends see in this. In some lights it appears almost like a tealy blue and in others the yellow shimmer really comes out to play. It’s a bit of a shape shifter, this one.

I wore Toxic Seduction for three days, with Lumos top and base coat and it performed pretty well. No scratching or dulled surface but certainly by the third day it needed to be refreshed or changed, as I had rather a lot of tipwear.

So what do you think? Do you own this one? Are you tempted by some Toxic Seduction?
