Max Factor Dazzling Blue - Just Nice Things

Max Factor Dazzling Blue

Read Time:1 Minute, 15 Second

Good morning, world! Today I have a very beautiful and very summery polish to show you.

About a year ago I stumbled upon Max Factor’s mini polishes in Superdrug and I believe they were on three for two. So I bought six. Anyway, less of my spending habits and more about why this particular shade called to me. I could tell immediately from the bottle that Dazzling Blue was a fantastic green/blue duochromatic hybrid and it looked so pretty there on the shelf that I knew I had to test it out.

This is one of those typical shimmery shades that just won’t ever become opaque and so it does need to be used as a layering polish. No big deal though – it’s the quickest way of jazzing up an old manicure that you might not have the time to change.

OPI do a million of these types of shades (Sonic Bloom, See Ya Later Sailor etc) but I like this one as it’s smaller and cheaper – I mean, you’re never going to use up an entire bottle of layering polish unless you use it over every manicure you ever do. And the results are just as good here as they are with any OPI shade.

This is two coats and I love the way that it just gleams. It’s perfect for summer fingers and toes. Were I going on holiday, this is definitely a shade I’d be keen to sport on the beach.

What do you think?

Gorgeous! I haven’t bought a Max Factor polish in years. The last ones I did find were from a Dollar Tree. Nothing so pretty as this.
