I miss Project Runway. It crops up from time to time on one of the more obscure Sky channels but it hasn’t been on for the best part of a year now. I miss it. I love the scenes of New York, the creativity, the ideas and the construction of the clothes. Oh yeah and the bitching as well. Hopefully it will
come back soon. The UK version just isn’t the same.
So, Concrete Catwalk. I was reading some reviews of Nars Galion the other day and saw that someone had done a side-by-side comparison ofGalion and Concrete Catwalk and they did look like close-on dupes. This is good news as I find China Glaze to wear far better on me than Nars polishes, and they are about £5.00 cheaper as
well. Bonus.
The colour itself isn’t the standard dark grey that you might expect to see this year, as it has a really good dollop of navy blue in it as well, making it more unique than the typical stormy grey. Seeing as I am really into navy and blackened shades right now, this is more or less the perfect winter shade for me.
It covered perfectly, practically opaque in one coat, although I did two just to make sure. I had no cleanup and this lasted for a good few days. I can see myself needing a backup of this one actually as I can see myself getting a lot of wear out of it this winter?
What do you think? Do you like this shade? And are you as big a fan of Project Runway as I am?
Helen
