Pinch, punch, first day of the month! While we wallow in self-pity that today is the first day of August and theoretically the wind-down of summer, something to get excited about is NARS’ autumn/fall collection 2013 which launches today. It’s all about matte textures with the focus on the eyes with the introduction of the new Brow Gel and Brow Perfector.
