Helen asked me a while back to photograph my entire eyeshadow collection and thanks to Muji, I can bring you the evidence. I found these great transparent acrylic single drawers for about £8 each that stack up nicely and thought three would be more than enough. Wrong! I need another drawer so unfortunately this isn’t my entire collection but you could say it’s three quarters of it.
I haven’t counted or coordinated them according to the colour chart (yet) but I’ve managed to assign one tray to MAC and one to Barry M. The bottom drawer is a mixture of NARS, Models Own, Too Faced, FCUK, Harajuku Hunnies, err…I think I have about 100 shades. Bonkers, eh? Any way, I’m dead chuffed I’ve got an efficient storage system for my pots of delight. Before, my collection was divided in three or four different places, often difficult to remember which colour was in which box. Now I won’t be running around like a headless chicken, looking for Carbon like I was on Friday night for a wedding reception.
