Last week I was privileged to be invited to a Bloggers Event hosted by Maybelline at L’Oreal’s headquarters in London. Phew! That was a mouthful. And I left the event with more than a bagful of goodies including Maybelline’s vibrating mascara. I can tell you it’s left a few of my male friends utterly bewildered and confused.
Unfortunately I caught the tail end of the event as the majority of bloggers who had travelled further afield than North West London had to catch their trains home so I am disappointed I didn’t get to meet some of you. I’m also disappointed I couldn’t sample any of the edible appetizers on offer as I was fasting!
Amongst their new range of products that have just come on the market are Maybelline’s Pure Mineral make-up range, Color Sensational lip sticks and of course, the vibrating mascara otherwise known as Pulse Perfection.
I’ve already tried a few things and will be telling you about them in due course. I’ll also be sharing half my stash with Helen who sadly couldn’t have joined me on the night.
Finally I would like to personally thank the ladies hosting the event for making me feel so welcome, especially Natalie and Katy.
Another example of Helen and Sheenie not being in the same room at the same time! 😀

What are the benefits of a vibrating mascara (outside the innuendo potential)? I think I’d end up losing my grip… Hope you do better!
How nice to get invited to this event. Getting to see new products and products to take home. How sweet! I’ve seen the ads with the lipsticks. I would like them all. Lipstick is my first love. I don’t have any new Maybelline’s. I just own two. Out of all the expensive brands I have my favorite lipstick is a Myabelline. Crazy but true. Can’t wait to see some of your products. How about a nice FOTD Sheenie?
