So a couple of days ago, you read all about Helen’s verdict on the Max Factor Elixir lipsticks. As promised, here is what I thought of the exact same shades – in video form. We figured you’d like to see how the selected 7 lipsticks appear on Helen and I, seeing as we have different skin tones. The results are pretty interesting! It’s a challenge we have really enjoying doing especially as it gave us a lot of food for thought (and it’s the result of my first ‘feature-length’ edited video with titles and everything…)
I apologise in advance for some excessive waffling in the video but it is totally unscripted and unrehearsed.

Your adorable and funny! Your assessment of the lipsticks is right on the mark. Those two pinks I don’t care for either. I don’t care for many frosty lippies. You do take beautiful photos. Looking gorgeous!

Thank you, ladies. I’ve got to say, I look totally different on moving camera to the stills – how is that possible? I couldn’t find the large photo of mum so had to dig out the smaller version from the album but I thought it was fascinating her entire make-up was by Max Factor and how I’m wearing their make-up too – from generation to generation. She described how everyone was envious of her make-up and someone managed to steal the lot too (naughty!)
