Next month sees the arrival of L’Oréal’s first textured nail collection, Miss Denim. There are four summery shades which dry to a denim textured matte finish. This is Indigo Classique and I love it!
Extremely easy to apply with a decent brush and quick to set, you don’t need a top coat to seal this hard-as-nails polish. I’m usually quite messy with painting my nails but I achieved a neat job and the manicure has stayed on my nails for three days on the trot with very minor chipping on one nail. Two coats are a must for optimum colour and thankfully it is a breeze to remove.
I usually have a short attention span with nail textures and trends but I’ve been charmed by Miss Denim and adore this colour. The other shades are Azur Salopette (lilac), Bermuda Rose (rosy pink) and Jean & Tonic (baby pink).
L’Oréal’s Color Riche Miss Denim polishes are priced at £4.99 and will be available nationwide from May.
