Read Time:1 Minute, 25 Second

Limited_Edition_C&P_GrapefruitThe last time there was a change with Liz Earle’s infamous Cleanse & Polish was last year when we saw the experimentation of Rose & Lavender, a collaboration with the Prince’s Trust with proceeds going to the worthy cause.

Spring forward to the present and Liz Earle has announced its iconic product is taking a new twist next month with the arrival of a limited edition Grapefruit & Patchouli. And when I say ‘limited edition’, that’s exactly what it is – only here until it’s sold out.

Cleanse & Polish is 18 years old this year and with customer loyalty so fierce, what could be better than to create a delicious new aroma. If like me, you love the smell of grapefruit combined with the aromatic patchouli, you will adore this alternative to their classic eucalyptus infused cleanser.

The marriage of grapefruit with patchouli is a gorgeous one – it’s not overly citrusy as the patchouli and cedar wood soften the scent. I recommended Cleanse & Polish to my best friend a few tears ago and it was her first foray into a cleansing product which didn’t interfere with her skin.  For someone who doesn’t wear make-up, she was horrified at how much dirt and grime Cleanse & Polish removed, and now I can’t shift her to try something else because she’s hell bent on sticking with Liz Earle!  Wonder if she will give this one a go…

Liz Earle Cleanse  & Polish in Grapefruit & Patchouli will be on the shelves  of Liz Earle stores and selected counters at John Lewis and Boots as well as QVC and www.lizearle.com from 29th August. I predict it won’t be around come Christmas time.
