I love shampoo and conditioner. I love the prospect of testing out something new on my hair – will it give me the barnet I lust after? Or will it be another tried and forgotten brand?
You may recall a while ago that I tested out the Reinvent products from Healthy Sexy Hair and really liked them (review here). One of the items I was also sent was the Soy deep conditioning treatment, of which I became a serious fan. So the kind people behind the brand recently sent me the accompanying shampoo and conditioner.
The packaging is nice. It has good kerb appeal (can you tell who’s trying to buy a house at the moment). I was kind of expecting this to smell like chocolate, what with the cocoa content, but I’m afraid that it doesn’t. What you do get is a fresh herbal scent, with a faint lemon hint. It lathers beautifully and the conditioner is light and doesn’t weigh the hair down. Both the husband and I have been happily using this on a daily basis without any irritation at all. And, my hair isn’t greasy by the end of the day as it often is with so many other products I have tried.
Would I repurchase these? Absolutely.
