I have a feeling very few will have heard of this fragrance. I hadn’t until I used a free shower gel sample, which I hastily stuffed into my suitcase for a weekend break. I was so enamoured with it that I instantly looked it up on the internet whilst on holiday. My search led me to discover there was a perfume available too (amongst other products). Reasonably priced, I popped it in my virtual basket along with the full-size body wash bottle and excitedly waiting for my delivery.
My favourite kind of fragrance is a rose one: Ghost, Stella and now the oddly named MOR Marshmallow. It’s described as ‘sugar dipped rose petals infused with pink musk and cotton candy’. It doesn’t smell of marshmallows, in fact it’s a blend of vanilla musk and jasmine flower. The other notes of rose petals, white carnation and cotton candy (sorry, do we mean ‘candy floss’ here?) make MOR Marshmallow eau de parfum a very pretty, feminine and unique fragrance. It reminds of the Body Shop’s Black Musk slightly too.
The Body Wash is divine, after all it’s what swung it for me. The scent from it really lingers on the skin and layered up with the body cream and perfume uplifts the fragrance more. It might not be to everyone’s liking but if you are fond of sweet rose scents, then you might like to give this a try.
