Last week I popped along to Space NK’s Christmas 2015 preview to see what they have in store for the upcoming festive season. Although I hate the fact this year is flying past, the line-up is worth getting excited over and I have had to make a wish-list for myself. I always believe that the best gifts to give are the ones you’d like to receive yourself, so if you’re my friend then please take that as a compliment!
Instead of leaving things to the last minute (and consequently missing out on some absolute gems), I’m planning ahead this time, so here’s my pick of the bunch from Space NK for Christmas 2015:
Emma Hardie – Amazing Face (£10)
How’s this for a stocking filler? This Christmas bauble contains a 15ml sample of Emma’s famous Moringa cleansing balm and one face cloth – a perfect introduction to a cult favourite and fantastic for dry skin.
Laura Mercier – Sweet Temptations Crème Brûlée Duet (£35)
This has been a permanent fixture on my wish-list for years and I always miss out entirely due to my own fault but not this time! Every Christmas Laura Mercier brings out these pretty gift sets complete with a wooden honey dipper – a novelty item perhaps but it adds to the fun. Well, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
This duo is made up of miniature jars of the Laura Mercier’s classic Crème Brûlée Honey Bath and Soufflé Body Creme and if Crème Brûlée is a favourite dessert (as it is of mine), then this will go down a storm on Christmas Day.
Laura Mercier – Sleek & Chic Eye Colour Palette (£45)
YOU NEED THIS. Exclusive to Space NK, this palette takes neutrals to another level. This sleek palette contains 12 warm shades for just £45. A single Laura Mercier eye shadow will set you back £19 a pop.
The shades are Stella, Ginger, Bamboo, Cedar, Bronze, Espresso, Morning Dew, Cashmere, African Violet, Cherrywood, Plumfique and Noir.
Lipstick Queen – All The Jazz (£24 each)
Luscious lip colours from Lipstick Queen, we have Cool Gin, Hot Piano, Paint the Town and Whoopee Spot. Hydrating and pigmented, a lippy from the queen of lippies is a winner in my books.
REN – Moroccan Rose Experience (£49)
This gift set from REN comprises of its best sellers from the Moroccan Rose Otto range, which let me tell you is amazing. You’ll find a Bath Oil, Sugar Body Polish and Body Lotion – enough to recreate a Moroccan hammam at home.
Smith & Cult Nail Polish Set (£47)
These nail polishes from Smith & Cult are incredible just to look at. Created by beauty veteran Dineh Mohajer, who launched Hard Candy, Smith and Cult’s luxurious nail lacquers are formulated without Dibutyl, Phthalate, Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin and Camphor.
Top set shades are Kundalini Hustle, Lovers Creep and Shattered Souls and below are Vegas Post Apocalyptic, Bang the Dream and Teen Cage Riot.
